Cross v. State post-hearing Q&A

On Thursday, April 24, 2025, there will be a summary judgment hearing for Cross v. State regarding the future of access to gender affirming care for Montanans.

After the hearing, the ACLU of Montana will be hosting a virtual post-hearing Q&A session to ask questions of the lead attorneys on the case:
