In the first nine months of 2017 the ACLU of Montana’s legal department received over 500 intake complaints. We have taken action on a range of issues impacting Montanans, including criminal justice, racial and sexual orientation discrimination, and immigration. The legal team has filed to preserve civil liberties in courts across the state, from the Human Rights Bureau to the Supreme Court of Montana.

Join us for an hour long call with our Legal Director Alex Rate. He will discuss our advocacy efforts and answer your questions about how we are working to protect civil rights in Montana.
