You may have heard about the bill preventing transgender girls and women from participating in scholastic sports or the bills limiting access to safe abortion services. Or perhaps you’ve heard about the bill to close late voter registration or the bill to ask law enforcement to act as immigration officials. Needless to say, Montana’s 2021 Legislative session has proven to be a battle ground.
We invite you to hear directly from the ACLU of Montana staff who have been taking the challenges head on in the fight to protect the rights and liberties of all Montanans. Our Virtual Town Hall will cover the top issues of the legislative session as well as our response plan following.
Whatever challenges we face, the ACLU of Montana is committed to protecting freedom and equality for all.
