The ACLU of Montana is committed to protecting the rights of queer and trans people in all aspects of life and is prepared to challenge any legislation singling out queer Montanans for discriminatory treatment.

HB 121 discriminates against trans, intersex, and gender nonconforming Montanans--effectively banning them from bathrooms and other public facilities.
